As a Web application ASP (Application Service Provider), CC&C also gives you a product
Subscription Plan, which offers you usage licensing by seat (per user) without purchasing
the software. The NetConsole/Timesheet application will be hosted on CC&C's servers and
maintained by CC&C.

- The one-year term discounted price is based on a 12-month contract. You will get 10% discount
for a 24-month contract, and 15% discount for a 36-month contract. A month-by-month
contract is also available.
- A minimum amount of 20 users is required.
- A one-time setup fee of $350 will be applied to the subscription plan.
You will get initial disk space of 100 MB for your data storage and an additional
$5/month for each 25 MB block if over 100 MB.
- All subscription plans will come with Premium Technical Support.
- CC&C will customize NetConsole/Timesheet for you free for up to 20 hours.
Any additional customization above 20 hours will be charged based on
Time and Material. Our charge rate is $ 80 an hour for all
product-related customization.
- We will give you all the upgrades and new versions during your subscription periods.
- CC&C will maintain the maximum server uptime. If the application server is down for
more than 3 consecutive days, we will refund you that month's subscription fee.
- On site training is available for $1,000/per day plus expenses.
