With the purchase of CC&C NetConsole/Timesheets 3.5 and under normal operational conditions* , you will get:
Free Consultation on Initial Product Installation and Application Setup
  • We will assist you in installing and setting up the product to make sure it is up and running properly for your first-time installation of the product. All system requirements need to be met before installation.

    30-day Money Back Warranty
  • You will have 30 days to use and evaluate our product. In the event that you don’t like our product within 30 days, you can just simply uninstall and return the product to us and get a full refund.

Discount Prices on All Product Upgrades on the Modules You Purchased
  • When the new versions or product upgrades are available, we will give you discount prices on the Modules that you purchased.
  • Free upgrades for one full year for purchase plan with 100 users license and above.

One Year Free Premium Technical Support Subscription
  • With the Premium Technical Support subscription, we will provide you with all necessary technical support for all product-related issues**. You will need to designate 1-2 authorized persons as our single contact for receiving CC&C's Technical Support Service.

    Premium Technical Support - We will response your questions in 24 hours either by phone, email or fax.

    Basic Technical Support - We will response your questions in 72 hours by email or fax only.

  • After the first year, you may

    • Continue to subscribe to another one-year technical support package at 20% of the price of the product that corresponds to the number of users at the time of renewal (i.e., if your original product price was based on 100 users and you now have 200, your subscription fee will be based on 20% of the product price for 200 users).

    • With the continuing subscription, we will renew your product license, provide you another year of premium technical support.

Customization
  • Product customizations are available which will be charged based on Time and Material. Our charge rate is $80 an hour for all product-related customization.
  • You will receive 20 hours free toward product customization if you have licensed 100 users or more.

* "Normal operational conditions" is a set of system operational environments that buyers have to maintain in order to qualify the free technical service terms. Usually the conditions include maintaining the original system set up and keeping the source codes unchanged.

** Should there be a need to fix problems via remote login, we will need a system administrator at your end.
