Central Console & Control is now proud to present its newest version of the popular Cold Fusion based Timesheet Software, NetConsole/Timesheet v.3.5. This newest edition brings many new features and functions into the already powerful NetConsole/Timesheet.

With our new version 3.5, you now have the ability to view and manage your vacation and sick hours through A Pre-Approval Form. Employees can be given a preset number of hours of vacation, and hours of vacation they can buy. They can then allot their hours into their timesheets, and submit them for pre-approval. Supervisors can also approve multi pre-approve forms at one time. And with the integration into the calendar, they can easily keep track of when and how many hours of vacation they have taken thus far.

We have improved out Timesheet reporting functions that now allow you to get summary reports for Clients, Projects, or Tasks for any time period. You can also customize your reports with canned reports or ad-hoc capabilities.

In our Billing module, we have added a "Year-To-Date" function, which allows for quick reporting from the beginning to the year to the current date.

We have significantly improved our ADP functions within the Payroll module in NetConsole that allow you to customize your Payroll reports. New features include the ability to run ADP output for selected employees for selected pay periods. Other features include capability to "Flag" existing ADP outputs and run only new ones, ability to use batch ID's to distinguish different runs, output to ASCII or Excel formats, and other new advanced ADP output rules.

We have also created a new function to send out reminders for Submitted and not Approved Timesheets with ability to customize messages to send to the employees.

In Our System Administration module, we have also created a new Task Manager function, which can be used to create tasks that need to be completed within projects.

All 'Billing Analysis' reports are available in Tabulate, Tree, List, Matrix and Bar Chart formats.
