- Create new ECR's (or open job tickets) by entering job requests, suggested fix,
impact analysis and comments.
- Record requested date, point of contact and type of request.
- Enter ECR's by different Categories and Subcategories.
- Assign ECR's (tickets) to employees and estimate the completion date.
- View and edit ECR's by Projects.
- Complete ECR's to close an ECR or job ticket.
