  • FREE CONSULTATION ON INITIAL PRODUCT INSTALLATION & APPLICATION SETUP

    We will assist you in installing and setting up the product to make sure it is up and running properly for your installation of the product. All SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS need to be met before installation.

  • 30-DAY MONEY BACK WARRANTY

    You will have 30 days to use and evaluate our product. In the event that you don’t like our product within 30 days, you can just simply un-install and return the product to us for a full refund.

  • ONE YEAR FREE PREMIUM TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION WITH FREE UPGRADES

    With the Premium Technical Support subscription, your will receive all product upgrades free of charge for one year. We will also provide you with all necessary technical support for all product-related issues. You will need to designate 1-2 authorized persons as our single contact for receiving CC&C's Technical Support Service.

    Premium Technical Support - We will respond your questions within 24 hours either by phone, email or fax.

    Basic Technical Support - We will respond your questions within 72 hours by email or fax only.

    After the first year, you may continue to subscribe to another one-year technical support package at 20% of then-current product price that corresponds to the number of users at the time of renewal (i.e., if your original product price was based on 100 users and you now have 200, your subscription fee will be based on 20% of then-current product price for 200 users).

    With the continuing subscription, we will renew your product license, providing you another year of premium technical support with free upgrades and all product updates.

  • DISCOUNT PRICES ON ALL PRODUCT UPGRADES TO CURRENT CUSTOMERS

    When the new versions or product upgrades are available, we will give our customers discount prices if your one-year free upgrade has expired.

  • CUSTOMIZATION

    You will receive up to 20 hours free toward product customization if you have licensed 100 users or more (both Purchase and Subscription Plans).

    Additional customizations are available with a fee based on Time and Material. Our charge rate is $85 an hour for all product-related customizations.

    For our existing customers, you will receive 50% off on all your customization items if you agree us to further develop, modify and use these customization items in our future releases.

  • OTHER

    All prices are in US currency. One Product License refers to one Installation on One Web Server. One User's License refers to one user's login account in the system regardless of their roles (supervisors, subordinates, or management) or their employment status (full-time, part-time or non-employee users). Note that only Active Users are counted toward the number of licenses.

    For 40-User License, you will be able to create and manage up to 40 employees/users in NetConsole/Timesheet. If your organization has over 40 users, you can order additional 10-user license packs from us. Each 10-user license pack contains 10 users license, which allows you to create and manage additional 10 users in NetConsole/Timesheet.

    For 100-User License, you will be able to create and manage up to 100 employees/users in NetConsole/Timesheet. If your organization has over 100 users, you can order additional 50-user license packs from us. Each 50-user license pack contains 50 users license, which allows you to create and manage additional 50 users in NetConsole/Timesheet.

    If your company has more than 5000 users, please call us for volume discount.

  • On-site training class is available for $1,000/per day plus expenses.
