... The new NetConsole/Timesheet v.4.5wmx

Central Console & Control is now proud to present its newest version of the popular Web
based Timesheet, Billing and Payroll Software, NetConsole/Timesheet v.4.5wmx. This new
edition brings a new graphic design with many new features and functions into the already
powerful NetConsole/Timesheet software.

|
We have remodeled our graphic interfaces to use a "Dashboard Menu" design when login in
graphic mode, which gives employees an instance view about their timesheet submission and
approval status, employee status, designated supervisors, login mode and the Module and
Function where they are in. You can also get your vacation balance, profitability reports,
and billable ratio right from this dashboard display.

In this new v4.5wmx, we also include a "Time Clock" option for companies to record employees'
elapsed time between login time and logout time. This new feature, if enabled, will allow
employees to check "Sign-In" option to start a job, and check "Sign-Out" option to close
the same job. NetConsole/Timesheet will automatically calculate the elapsed time between
"Sign-In" and "Sign-Out" and log the hours to a designated charge code for that employee.

If your company requires attaching employees' Timesheets for billing and invoicing purposes,
you may not want to attach employees' real timesheets with non-billable hours or the
vacation and holiday information. That's why, we have this new function: "Output
Timesheet for Invoicing", which is similar to the existing "Output TS" function
(under SysAdmin module), but Payroll or Billing managers now can "customize" their
"Output Timesheet" reports by selecting only the desired billable Charge Codes to be
included in the employees' timesheets for billing purposes.

Have you been troubled by employee's late submission timesheets even though it's been
long past the due date and even after the paychecks have been issued? Have you experienced
the troublesome from employee's resubmitted timesheets that have been altered? With our
new "Lock TS" function, you won't worry about these surprised late timesheets. You will
be able to "lock-out" employees' timesheets for selected weeks in order to avoid employees
from entering or updating their past Timesheets.

"Add TS Hours" - a new function for Payroll managers to add a default timesheet hours to
specific Project/Task for selected employees for any given date. This function will help
Payroll to pre-fill standard holiday hours, insert pre-defined labor hours for a particular
Project and Task, or use this function to update mistakes made by employees.

Have you used our "Access Manager" before? If you have, you may be much amazed by its
user-friendly "Switch Board" design. You just simply turn "on" those Modules and
Functions in the menu bar that you want to show to the selected Navigation Groups, and
similarly, you can turn "off" those Modules and Functions that you want to hide from
selected Navigation Groups.

Now, the same "Switch Board" design has been applied to Projects and Tasks as well.
With our newly revised "Access Manager", you can now simply turn "on" the Projects and
Tasks for selected Project Groups to see and use, and also turn "off" those Projects and
Tasks that you want to hide from other selected Project Groups.

Another major invention is a new web interface "Parameter Manager" to manage the
system-wide parameters. During the installation of NetConsole/Timesheet, there are
certain numbers of system-wide parameters (such as ODBC link, Web Directory Name, etc.)
that are defined in an editable configuration file. Now we bring this configuration file
into a web page, so the system administrator can update and manage these system-wide
parameters right from a centralized web interface. Furthermore, not only can you change
and manage the system parameters from installation, you can now also update the company
profile, Timesheet settings, Customization options, ADP parameters, and turn on or off
the Time Clock option as well as choosing vacation tracking options.

In additional to the new functions mentioned above, we've added another more than a
dozen of new features and new enhancements to the existing functions in this new 4.5wmx
version. CC&C has committed to continuously improve NetConsole/Timesheet in order to
bring a powerful and yet easy-to-use product to the companies who wish to bring their
timesheet management in their controls.
